Naila Waheed

Education and Experience

Naila was called to the Ontario Bar in 2017. She graduated from York University with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Public Administration and Justice Studies in 2012. Naila attended her first year of Law school at the State University of Buffalo, Faculty of Law and completed her Law degree from the University of Windsor Law School in 2016. During her law school years, Naila interned for a judicial clerkship, volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada and was a Community Legal Aid Student Caseworker.

Naila understands the importance of putting clients first and works tirelessly to ensure the best possible outcome for her clients. Apart from English she is fluent in Hindi and Urdu. During her years of practice, Naila has appeared and won judgements at the Ontario Court of Appeal, Superior Court and Small Claims Court on various civil and family litigation matters.

In her free time, Naila likes spending quality time with her family and friends. She also enjoys keeping busy with leisure reading and biking around her town.
