Jason Kwiatkowski

“Jason provides business valuation and litigation support services to law firms, private and public companies as well as non-profit organizations and individuals. Services include rendering of conclusions on the value of businesses, intellectual property and economic damages.

He has completed numerous valuation and expert reports for various purposes, including: share transactions, tax planning, corporate reorganizations, succession/exit planning, insurance coverage, commercial and shareholder disputes, matrimonial disputes, collaborative family law, breach of contract, securities law, financial reporting and transfer pricing.

Jason also assists private business owners with exit planning and transaction advisory issues including comprehensive exit plans, benchmark business valuations, pricing analyses, value enhancement, pre-sale planning and due diligence.

Jason has completed level I & II training with the Ontario Collaborative Law Federation (OCLF) and works collaboratively with separating couples and their lawyers where business and stock option valuations and income assessments are required. Jason has testified before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice as an expert witness in business valuation and damages quantification and has participated as an expert in business valuation at mediation and arbitration.

He has written articles and lectured at various conferences and professional development sessions on topics related to business valuation, litigation support, exit planning and value enhancement. Jason has also assisted various organizations and law firms in mock trial settings as an expert witness. “
