Sanja Curic

I believe that, given the opportunity and with the right information, people will make the right decision for themselves and their family. I believe that for many people, Collaborative Process creates that right opportunity. I ensure that my clients know and understand all of their options and together we create solutions that best suit their situation and family’s needs. I support my clients in balancing the need to manage the emotional struggles of a separation and divorce, while also using logical and practical approaches to guide them towards achieving timely, cost-effective and successful results. In my Collaborative Law practice, I work with clients to move through the initial chaos and uncertainty of a separation toward closure and a final resolution of the parenting, child and spousal support and property issues. My commitment to respectful and interest based negotiations extends to my involvement with various Collaborative Practice groups throughout the GTA. I am a Board Member of Collaborative Practice Durham Region and a current member and former Chair of York Collaborative Practice. I have been practicing family law exclusively since 2003 and have been trained in Collaborative Law since 2010.
