Sandra Garibotti

“Sandra is a Registered Social Worker, in practice for the past 27 years. Her experience includes 25 years of working within child welfare, with numerous clinical and supervisory roles, during which focused her work with adolescents for 6 years. Sandra has been a clinical panel member of the Office of the Children’s Lawyer since 2013, where she completes Section 112 reports, and clinical assists to OCL panel lawyers. Sandra has received training and practices from an Anti-Oppressive Model. She has completed her Level 1 and 2 training in collaborative practice, as well as the Family Profesional Training and Parenting Plans Training. Sandra has obtained her Master in Social Work from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Social Work from Ryerson University.

Sandra is currently managing a private practice, SG Family Solutions. Here she specializes in custody and access, separation and divorce. She provides services to parents, as a separation coach, helping parents manage their co-parenting role and develop parenting plans that are tailored to the family’s needs.

She provides individual and family therapy to help stabilize family members after separation. Sandra believes that all families have strengths and the ability to navigate their challenges, and provides service from a strength based, collaborative approach.

Association of Family and Conciliation Courts”
